And the dark wood hints at the Scottish Highlands of yet another leftover from the Edinburgh kiltmaker.
The recycled leather on the bags refers to the reuse of the sherry casks in which the whiskey can mature for a long time.
Sturdy nails are hammered in by hand for a long and durable use.
The handy closure makes it possible that this apron can be worn by young and old, big and small or thick and thin.
It is important that the apron rests on the hips for ergonomics during work.
An apron should never hang from a neck.
Wear it on the hips and even after a long day on a trading floor one can still be sparkling.
The difference between bespoke and tailormade :

Maintenance:
The leather apron is treated with a water repellent layer.
Stains can easily be removed with a soft damp (water only) cloth.
In case of persistent stains use saddle soap.
For after care you may use special leather balm.
Once a year the apron can be soaked for two hours in Biotex and rinse well afterwards.
Dry in open air and use the leather balm again for after care.
Name or logo on your apron is possible.
